Refunds and cancelling

No refunds

Anthromica is digital content you can use the moment you pay, so payments for its paid plans are not refunded, including renewals and the unused part of a period you have paid for. Try it first: every account is free, up to a limit, with no card. By buying, you ask for access to start straight away and accept that this ends the right to withdraw from the purchase where the law gives one.

Cancel any time

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your billing page. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.

Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Creem (creem.io), which is the Merchant of Record for every order: it takes the payment, handles tax and emails your receipt, under its terms. For anything about a payment, write to us at support@anthromica.com.

This does not affect any rights you have under the law where you live.
